Over 10,000 youth served to date in the under-resourced communities of Brooklyn by providing access to the arts through 26 high quality professional cultural and performing arts, education and leadership programs located in Brownsville, East New York, Canarsie, Crown Heights and Bedford Stuyvesant of Brooklyn. VMDC holds a 100% graduation rate amongst the students across our very dynamic programming. Youth who graduate out of the VMDC programs are college-career ready, thereby fostering the intent to promote community stability.
